2025 All-State Volleyball Teams
CLASS 6A
Byron Nelson junior setter Sophee Peterson was the Class 6A Player of the Year on the Blue Bell/Texas Sports Writers Association Class 6A All-State volleyball team.
The 5-foot-11 Peterson had 35 assists, 13 digs and four kills with only one error in helping the Bobcats (42-0) defeat Pearland Dawson 25-18, 25-17, 25-19 for the Division I state championship.
Peterson for the year had 1,459 assists, 274 digs, 161 kills, 70 blocks and 44 aces.

Cedar Park outside hitter Joy Udoye was the Class 5A Player of the Year on the Blue Bell/Texas Sports
Writers Association Class 5A All-State volleyball team.
Udoye had 13 kills and seven digs in helping Cedar Park
defeat Argyle 26-24, 25-22, 27-25 for the
Division II state championship. The 6-foot-2 Udoye, who has signed
with Stanford, had 568 kills and 364 digs for the season.

Blue Bell/Texas Sports Writers Association Class 4A All-State volleyball team.
Green had 18 kills in helping Decatur (42-7) defeat La Vernia 19-25, 25-20, 25-18, 26-24 for the
Division I state championship.

Goliad middle blocker Addison Yendry and Boyd outside hitter Addy Delgado shared Class 3A Player of the Year honors on the Blue Bell/Texas Sports Writers Association
Class 3A All-State volleyball team.
Yendry had 20 kills with only one error in helping Goliad (44-3) defeat Bushland 25-22, 25-18, 25-16 for the Division I state championship. She added seven digs in hitting .487.
Delgado had 15 kills and 10 digs in helping Boyd (36-9) defeat Clifton 25-23, 25-21, 25-10 for the Division II state title.
Division 1 champion Goliad and Division II champ Boyd took top honors in voting for the Blue Bell/Texas Sports Writers Association Class 3A All-State Volleyball Team for the 2025 season.

Iola outside hitter Shaylee McKown, who led the Lady Bulldogs to a state championship, was the Class 2A Player of the Year on the Blue Bell/Texas Sports Writers Association Class 2A All-State volleyball team.
McKown had 17 kills and seven digs in leading Iola (48-5) to a 25-23, 25-16, 25-12 victory over Crawford in the Division II state title match.
